Cancellation & Replacement Policy

At Happy Haven, most orders involve personal curation and manual coordination. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Orders

  • Bulk orders of 50 boxes or more are fully customised.
  • Orders below 50 boxes are partially customised to the extent possible; however, 100% customisation may not always be feasible.

2. Order Confirmation & Changes

  • After an initial mockup or discussion, a team member will personally connect with the client to understand requirements.
  • No changes are permitted after this confirmation stage.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • No cancellations are allowed for urgent orders, regardless of time.
  • Once the customisation process or sourcing has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Payments are refundable only under specific conditions.
  • Happy Haven follows a Replacement-Only Policy.
  • No refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed and processing has begun.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Replacement will be considered only if:

  • An unboxing video and clear photographs are shared
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Claims made without proof or beyond the reporting window will not be accepted.

6. Resolution

  • Approved cases will be resolved through replacement only.
  • No cash refunds or store credits will be provided.
